During my recent research on HCG diet and how it all evolved, I came across one of these interesting Food for a Triumph HCG Diet. Not to mention that it was a bit too hard to follow what was on the paper, but harder if you were to follow them in real life. Restricting yourself to just 500 Calories per day to make sure that your body burns out the fat its already stored, makes the HCG Drops even more efficient. Its a great idea, but does it work?

HCG Drop Diet Food List
People who have tried the diet are extremely happy and singing praises of how they lost 30 Pounds or 50 pounds in a couple of weeks. What was interesting to me was the HCG diet itself and here it is for you to check. Do not skip food that contains proteins.
HCG Triumph Diet Plan
FRUIT: one fruit per meal; do not mix
Apple: medium = 95
Grapefruit: ½ = 44
Orange: large = 86
Strawberries: 10 medium: = 40Well, this one is the most interesting. Fruits were usually meant to be good for your health but the restriction of fruit in a HCG diet indicates the high sugar level which in turn acts up your insulin level and keeps the fat level higher. Reducing the fruit consumption with starch was the key.
Melba Toast: 1 = 20
Melba Snack: 2 = 24
Grissini Breadstick: 1 = 20The starch level is strictly maintained in a HCG diet. This is one of the lowest starch consumption I have seen in any diet in history. May look a bit too Restrictive, but it works!
MEAT: 100 grams – 3 ½ ounces; all visible fat removed; weighed raw; cook with no oil or fat:
Chicken Breast: = 110
Ground Beef: 95% lean = 137
Steak: (round/sirloin tip) = 142
Crab: = 84
Cod = 110
Lobster: = 90
Shrimp: = 106
Veal: = 112Now, that may seem like a breather to you. With the fat and oil removed, you still have 100 grams of something to eat. Meat is restrictive to the effect of no fat at all. But it works great.

Celery: 2 cups = 32
Chard: 3 cups = 21
